Privacy
Conversations in MIND can be among the most sensitive text a person will type into software. The product is designed around that fact.
What we collect
Account email, a password hash, optional display name, conversation contents you choose to store, insights and experiments you create, and privacy consent version. We do not need your phone number, contacts, or location to operate the core product.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal conversation data. We do not use your explorations as advertising profiles. Application logs and AI telemetry are separated from conversation bodies. Token counts and model names may be recorded; message text is not written to those logs.
Your controls
You may delete a conversation, export your data, or delete your account from Settings. Deletion removes stored conversations, insights, experiments, and long-term user memory associated with the account.
Research knowledge
Scientific papers and concepts are a separate store from your personal memory. Your patterns are never mixed into the public knowledge graph.
Crisis content
If safety systems detect high-risk language, the product may record a category and risk level in order to audit the safety engine. It is not intended as a clinical record, and it is not a substitute for emergency care.
