Understand your mind.

Explore thoughts, emotions, and behavior through neuroscience and psychology. Direct answers first, mechanisms second, limits always in view. Not a diagnosis.

01

Brain

Distributed systems of prediction, control, and learning.

02

Thought

Interpretations that feel like facts.

03

Emotion

Value signals, often with a body.

04

Behavior

The move that buys relief or reward.

05

Change

A small experiment, not a new identity.

A knowledge map, not a slogan

Not advice. Mechanism.

Most products tell you what to do. MIND is built to answer a harder question: why the mind is doing this — what psychology describes, what neuroscience can responsibly suggest, how strong the evidence is, and what is still uncertain.

Evidence has a hierarchy.

Meta-analyses are not blog posts. A conversation is not a brain scan. Citations appear only when a DOI or PMID exists in the store. Myths about dopamine, unused brains, and 21-day rewiring are treated as myths.
